Jay Stramel

Jay is the technical muscle behind Dolphin Micro. As our VP of Research and Development, Jay takes the lead on large projects and big picture system design. Jay has over 12 years of programming and system architecture experience, most recently as a senior system and application architect for Intuit. He was also one of the leaders re-engineering their systems from older technologies to high end GUI's built with modern tools. No project is too big with Jay on the team.

Eric Scott

Eric manages much of the business side of Dolphin Micro as the CEO. He has 5 years of hands on development experience on a variety of projects from handheld computing to desktop and web application construction. He also has over 10 years of management experience. Pablo Calderon-Rodriguez

Pablo is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in object oriented software development in a number of platforms for both small companies as well as multinational corporations. He has led the development of the entire life cycle of web applications in several frameworks, such as Java and PHP, and his specialty is building successful database-driven web applications on a Ruby on Rails framework.

Pablo is extremely proficient in the front-end (JavaScript, Ajax, CSS and graphic authoring) and the back-end of web development. He has fundamental experience in advanced Rails features, designing architecture for scalability and management of application complexity. He also has extensive experience in database design, using the database layer to ensure scalability and to improve performance.

Amber Pelon

Amber's work experience has been diverse: sales, administration, management, teaching, marketing, web design and updates, invoicing, customer service, contract writing and negotiation, inventory analysis, business planning and budget preparation. As Dolphin Micro's Office Manager, she keeps the company running smoothly, creates HTML content for our websites, and takes care of our clients.

Alex Fidelibus

Alex is an award winning Art Director/Graphic Designer. He is a Parson's alumnus, with 20 years of professional experience in print, multimedia and web design. Previously, Alex was an Art Director for ABC Television. Alex makes sure your site instantly delivers your marketing message, and looks fantastic doing it.

Nate Webb

Nate started web development during his time at Brown, and honed his skills in startups and doing web contracting. He co-founded Accelereach, Inc., a web startup focused on text-messaging applications and led its technology team. He is well versed in both front and back end development for any size website, and specializes in database driven websites and content management systems.
