Hale Pet Door selects Dolphin Micro for custom ecommerce website and systems.

Hale Pet Door's business was thriving and their technology just wasn't keeping up. They finally decided it was time for an upgrade.

Dolphin Micro was contracted to redesign their site, ecommerce, and back end systems. The heart of the system will be a custom product database built around their extensive selection of products, options, colors, and sizes. New ordering and ecommerce components will allow customers to submit orders via the web that used to require phone calls and sales staff intervention. Order information will also automatically be transmitted to their back end manufacturing and accounting systems.

Significant cost savings are expected since the new software will eliminate extensive manual data entry and automate much of the order fulfillment and accounting work.
